About Us

Wyoming’s home grown bluegrass band Anastasia's Fault consists of the Beeson family, Anastasia, JD, Anjie, as well a Paul (dad), and Rhondasue (mom). The siblings are known for their sister harmonies and their instrumental picking. The release of their first CD, Bluegrass Just Good Clean Fun, included original sons written by the teens to add to their list of accomplishments. Over the past five years the teens have held many state and local contest titles. JD held the 2009 WY State banjo Championship title and Anastasia held the 2009 State Junior Fiddle Championship title. She also is an accomplished violinist with Ms. Cowell as her instructor. Anastasia's Fault is known statewide with recent appearances at the Big Horn Mountain Festival, Bear Trap Summer Music Festival, Nic Fest, Art Core, and a guest appearance at Mid winter Bluegrass Festival. The band continues to grow in popularity while giving back to their community by playing at fundraisers, churches, and community events. This up and coming family band has had many fun and education experiences as they traveled and played bluegrass. The Beeson teens have been very blessed to meet many of the musicians that they admire and have had the opportunities to learn from them or just kick back and jam with them. Anastasia's Fault joined the Wiyos for a few songs, opened for Special Consensus that last winter in Casper, and joined many of bluegrass musicians they admire at The Midwinter Bluegrass Festival. Sharing their love of traditional bluegrass as well as many genres of music and passing it on is what keeps this family playing together.
